Refund Policy

Assessment Reports ($499)

Due to the automated nature of report generation, all sales are final once the report has been delivered. If you have not received your report within 24 hours of payment, contact us for a full refund or redelivery.

Debrief Consultations ($2,000)

Debrief sessions may be cancelled with a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled call. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents report delivery (payment processed but no report received), we will either deliver your report or issue a full refund within 5 business days.
