RunPremortem ("we," "our," or "us") operates runpremortem.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

When you complete an assessment, we collect: your name, email address, company name, job title, and your responses to the assessment questions. When you make a payment, Stripe processes your payment information directly — we do not store credit card numbers.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: generate your Premortem report, deliver the report via email, process your payment, and communicate with you about your order. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or assessment data with third parties.

Data Processing

Your assessment responses are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate your report. Assessment data is transmitted securely and is not retained by Anthropic beyond the processing request. Your completed report is emailed to you and not stored on our servers after delivery.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
